Friendly vs Green Man - Result: Won 7-1
Bracknell Manics
took on this season's division 1 side, Green Man FC this weekend,
and had a surprising victory. Fielding an almost brand new 1st
XI out on pitch, the Manics hit seven goals past their keeper
with only 1 in reply.
The first half saw the Manics go into the lead early with goals
between Glenn Evans and David Fenton. After changes were made
in the second half, David Fenton took the responsibility in net
and James Robinson came out on pitch. Fenton did very well again
in goal after a flurry of saves, whilst substitute Allen Matthias
netted a hatrick in the second half.
A great
success already for the Manics! Thanks for the fans who came
to watch.
