Bracknell Manics were reminded how dangerous the 'Dog' can be on the 10th minute when Dog & Duck went ahead. David Fenton was caught casually dribbling the ball out of his half and Dog broke quick down the left before lobbing Robinson.

Manics were back in the game when David Comper's corner was converted by a Paul Milner header at the back post.

Then the Manics went ahead just before the end of the first half when Luke Phillips laid the ball through to Aaron Goddard, who hit the ball sweetly into the net to make it 2-1 on the 44th minute of play.

In the second Manics came out guns blazing, and it wasn't long before more chances came; Dog & Duck were feeling the pressure.

But again, a swift attack caught the Manics, and unluckily for the Manics a bobbling ball beat the Manics back four and put Dog's striker through on goal; it was 2-2.

Then it came, a chance to take the two-goal lead. Aaron Goddard was pulled down from behind and the referee was at hand to award the penalty to the Manics. Gary Sarney stepped up to take, but the team couldn't believe it when Sarney struck the post and the ball came back out, followed by a Dog & Duck clearance.

Just before the end of the half, David Comper was badly fouled, a poor challenge left Comper needing medical attention from the sideline.

The game went into extra time, and feeling confident, Manics went out to get the early goal. So did Dog & Duck and a fierce start followed, but it would be Dog & Duck who would take the lead to make it 3-2.

Then disaster for the blues as more bad luck set in, this time a penalty would go against the Manics, and Robinson couldn't stop the goal, Dog & Duck would advance to the next round.

Thanks to the fans who came to watch this weekend. Bracknell Manics would like to wish good luck to Dog & Duck Embrook for the next round.
