Andy Impey - New Head Coach at BMFC!

Andy Impey has agreed to become the Head Coach for Bracknell Manics FC in its 2003-2004 Campaign.

This may come as a shock to most players who are used to the laid back yet effective routine, currently under operation at BMFC.

"We had an amazing season last year, earning promotion to division 2, and getting to the final of the Gowrings Cup too. As well as this we had good success in the Berks & Bucks competition too beating 3 Reading teams before losing the round after."

Impey continued: "..A more strict routine is in place for the season ahead. Pre-Season will be concentrated on a lot more, and although it will be difficult to start with, we will begin to see which players are committed to the Manics Cause and willing to fight for a slot in the 1st XVI."

Nikos added: "Andy's hard work has already started to shine at BMFC, when an under strength team, with new players, unknown to each other beat the Green Man 7-1 last weekend gone [report]. As well as this Andy is planning on clamping down on discipline too."
