Road Too Long For Battling
Manics
Bracknell
Manics hosted in form opponents Bagshot Road today and were
overcome by a 3 goal deficit. Although the game was closely
contested, it was Bagshot who scored the opener before the half.
With more chances falling to both teams shots were coming thick
and fast, during this period both teams had a goal disallowed
but kept pressing for a score.
It
was Bagshot whom took their chances to net a further 2 more
goals to seal a 3-0 win. Manics did have an opportunity late
in the match to score by way of a penalty, but the taker, reserve
goalkeeper James Robinson left Bagshot with a clean sheet as
the penalty was shot wide of the post.
