Andy Impey joined
in the clubs 2002-2003 season after the injury of Stephen Pierce
who was substitute goal keeper.
Impey went on to train James Robinson for the 2002-2003 season,
playing a part in the clubs excellent Gowring's Cup run to the
final that year.
In 2003, Impey was made Head Coach at BMFC, and his contribution
to the club has been excellent. In 2003-2004, BMFC finished their
season as Division 2 champions, and it has be noted that Impey
played a huge part in the success of the club that season. Impey
also made an appearance in goal against BMW, keeping a clean sheet;
winning the game 9-0 on the day.
Impey stayed with the club and coached the side for his third
season with the club in 2004, and yet again played a large part
in the clubs success and promotion to the Premier Division in
2005.
Andy Impey trainined the players in pre-season, and also played
in the Reserves side as it entered into the Fourth Division, playing
a part in the team winning Divison 4 in 2005-2006.
