The Reserves were boosted by a number of old faces on Sunday, but still suffered a 3-2 defeat despite a stunning second half comeback courtesy of Kirk Hedges.

Bracknell Manics Reserves again failed to turn an early lead into three points on Sunday after a second successive 4-2 defeat, this time to Victoria Arms.
The injury hit reserves called on Kirk Hedges and Chris Mitchell from the first team, and both responded with goals but it wasn’t enough to see off the aerial threat of the visitors.

As Player/Manager Nikos loves his chances to get on the pitch, when he does he puts all into his game. Nikos is the youngest player/manager & club secretary to consecutivley take a new team to promotion 4 times in succession over a period of four years, and has made the club recognised by the Bracknell & District Sunday Football League as a well run outfit incurring no fines over the season’s from 2002-2005.

Joining the squad in 2002 as a winger and centre forward Glenn showed startling pace and trickery, and importantly bags full of confidence.
His presence in the Manic’s helped BMFC march into the top three teams of Division 2 in their Division 2 season, both scoring and creating goals not to mention his tough tackling attitude on the field.

Joel Curran joined the Manics from FC Bracknell for the 2002-2003 season in Division 3. This was couped as a major signing as his experience and skill showed. However after a handful of games, Joel was seriously injured in the epic cup win game against Finchampstead A. He returned 5 months later in the semi-final against Sygenta and scored the winning goal.
